Bahgoo Terms & Conditions — Everything You Need to Know Before You Play

These Terms & Conditions apply to the Bahgoo platform (bahgoo.click) and all associated services. They constitute a legally binding agreement between Bahgoo and each registered user.

Bahgoo is an online betting and gaming platform that offers betting on cricket, football, tennis, and a range of other sports for users in Bangladesh and internationally. The platform also features casino games and virtual sports.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, please stop using Bahgoo and contact Support to close your account.

To register an account with Bahgoo, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering — fake names, addresses, or mobile numbers are strictly prohibited.
• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found, Bahgoo reserves the right to close all of them and forfeit any balances held within.
• The mobile number provided at registration must be registered in your own name.

Keeping your account secure is your responsibility. Never share your password, OTP, or login details with anyone. You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.

Deposits on Bahgoo can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank transfer, and cryptocurrency (USDT/BTC).

• Minimum Deposit Amount: ৳200 via bKash/Nagad, ৳500 via Rocket, and ৳1,000 via bank transfer.
• Minimum Withdrawal Amount: ৳500 via any payment method.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit — direct transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Your account's deposit history may be reviewed at the time of withdrawal.

Bahgoo does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, crypto network fees are the responsibility of the user. For larger transactions, additional verification may be required as part of our anti-money laundering measures.

The following rules apply at all times when placing bets on Bahgoo:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified — the only exception is if the "Cash Out" feature is available and applicable conditions are met.
• If an event is cancelled or suspended mid-play, the stake for that bet will be refunded. The specific rules for each sport outline what decisions apply in each scenario.
• If odds contain a clear error — due to a technical fault or data feed issue — Bahgoo reserves the right to void any bets placed at those odds.
• Placing multiple bets on contradictory outcomes of the same match to guarantee a profit ("arbitrage betting") is prohibited.

Bahgoo is committed to upholding the integrity of sport. Any account found to be involved in match-fixing or other illegal activity will be closed immediately, and the relevant authorities will be notified if necessary.

Bahgoo offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own specific terms. The general rules are outlined below:

• Turnover / Wagering requirement: To withdraw from a bonus, you must wager a specified multiple of the bonus amount. For example: a 10× turnover requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place ৳10,000 in bets.
• Bonuses generally expire within 7 to 30 days. If the conditions are not met within that period, both the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
• In most cases, bonuses cannot be combined — only one bonus can be active at a time.
• Bets placed at very low odds (1.2 or below) count as only 50% toward turnover calculations.
• Deposit bonuses apply to new deposits only — withdrawing an existing balance and re-depositing it does not qualify for a bonus.

Bahgoo reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotional offer without prior notice. Evidence of bonus abuse or deliberate exploitation of the system may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.

Bahgoo reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions — particularly creating multiple accounts, providing false information, or misusing bonuses.
• Failure to submit KYC documents on time.
• Suspicious or unusual betting patterns — indicative of money laundering or fraud.
• Misconduct toward other users or staff.
• A court order or other legal obligation.

Upon account closure, any valid balance remaining (excluding bonuses, after turnover requirements are met) will be refunded. However, if the account is closed due to a breach of Terms, the balance may be forfeited.

All content on the Bahgoo platform — including logos, graphics, software, designs, text, and other elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of Bahgoo.

• Copying, distributing, or commercially using any content on Bahgoo without prior permission is strictly prohibited.
• The use of automated bots, scrapers, or any unauthorized software on the platform is strictly prohibited.
• Bahgoo's trademarks and brand name may not be used without prior authorization.

By submitting any content to Bahgoo (reviews, comments, etc.), you grant Bahgoo the right to use that content.

At Bahgoo, we believe betting is a form of entertainment — not a solution to financial problems. We are committed to responsible gaming and genuinely care about the wellbeing and peace of mind of our users.

• Bahgoo offers a deposit limit feature — set your own daily, weekly, or monthly cap.
• You can also set your own bet limits and loss limits.
• If needed, you may request a temporary Cooling-Off period or a long-term Self-Exclusion.
• Anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited from creating an account or using the platform.

If you have an issue with any transaction, bet outcome, or anything else, contact Bahgoo's customer support team first. Most problems can be resolved directly through them.

• Complaint Deadline: All issues must be reported to Support within 30 days of occurrence.
• Bahgoo will provide an initial response within 7 business days of receiving a complaint.
• A final decision on complex matters will be communicated within 30 business days.

Bahgoo's server records are the definitive source of truth for all betting outcomes. Bahgoo reserves the right to correct any results that are displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.

Bahgoo may update these Terms & Conditions in part or in full at any time. You will be notified of significant changes via SMS or email to your registered mobile number.

• The effective date of any updated Terms will be displayed at the top of the page.
• Continued use of the site after any changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
• These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Bahgoo and the user — no prior verbal or written statements supersede them.

The Bangla version of these Terms & Conditions is the primary and governing version. In the event of any translation discrepancy or dispute of interpretation, the Bangla version shall take precedence.
